But really, who knew a 'city view' could also mean a view of a grimy balcony? Next time, I might just bring a mop!

I had a nice stay at Riverwalk. The views from my room were amazing, right over the river. The lobby was clean and inviting, with a cozy feel. Staff were friendly, always greeting me with smiles. The location is perfect for exploring downtown. everything is within walking distance. Breakfast at the restaurant had plenty of options, but it wasn't anything to rave about. My room, while spacious, showed signs of wear. the bathroom fixtures felt old and slightly worn. I had some issues with the noise from the pool area. it might be a bit too lively for some people. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want great views and a welcoming staff, but they should really focus on updating the rooms.

The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast in the club lounge was a nice touch, providing us with plenty of options each morning.
Some parts of the hotel showed wear and tear.

The location was fantastic, especially since we were in town to explore downtown Tampa and nearby attractions like the History Center and the Children's Museum. The pool bar had a lively atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable, and we loved having a balcony that overlooked the Riverwalk. the hotel could use some renovations, as the rooms felt outdated and the beds were a bit too firm for comfort.

The stunning river views from the balcony provided a perfect backdrop for morning coffee. Proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the city's vibrant waterfront and nearby restaurants without hassle.
The room showed signs of wear. the mattress felt old and uncomfortable, giving me a restless night. The soundproofing also left much to be desired, with noise from the street causing interruptions quite often. Additionally, parking options were limited, with a hefty $40 valet fee that felt excessive.
